Wod - 4 rounds

In 1 minute complete:

6  db s/a push press - right 50/35

6 db s/a push press - left

Max jumping lunges

:30 rest

Then 4 rounds 

In 1 min complete :

4 db s/a thruster - right 

4 db s/a thruster - left

Max dubs

Rest :30

Score both the jumping lunges and the dubs.  L+R lunge = 2 reps
