5 wall walks
:30 handstand hold facing wall
Then, with a partner
2 sets 25’ wheelbarrow walk - feet either at hips or shoulder of the partner guiding them
Wod - 10 rounds
5 burpee over the bar
3 deficit hspu 2/1
1 deadlift @ 85% 1rm
- handstand push-up- two 45# plates stacked for the men - one 45# plate for the ladies
