Wod 5 rounds 2:00 working / 1:00 rest

4 sand bag over bar 150/100

5 back squats @ 50% of 2rm

Max burpees 

- for the sandbag over the bar, use your bar from the rack as the target to toss the bag over   

- score the 2rm squat and max burpees
