High pull
Muscle snatch
Behind the neck press
Overhead squat
Sotts press

AMRAP 15 minutes
20 push press
20 front squat
20 bent over row
*rest 1 minute after each full round
*goal is to hang onto bar for entire set
*if you do not have a bar at home use a household item, this is designed to be light
