Front squats 95/65

Chest to bar pull ups 

Between each set complete 1 wall ascent 7ft/5ft

Example - complete 10 reps of each exercise, 1 wall ascent, then 9 of each and 1 wall ascent, then 8 of each and 1 wall ascent, until you get to 1 rep of each.  No wall acsent after the 1 rep of each exercise
