 Strength- Back Squat 5x5

When done your 5x5 complete a 1 minute accumulative squat hold at 50%.  It doesn’t have to be a full 60sec.   Try to get 10-20 sec sets.

Wod - 3 rounds for time 

10 devil press 2x50/35 db

10 box jump overs 24/20
