 Strength - Bench press 5x6

Between sets 10 reps db French press - 

seated or standing, think of it as a single db overhead tricep extension.   Keep elbows pointed toward the ceiling and lower the weight behind the head then press it back up 

Wod - 9-15-21

Burpee box jumps 24/20

Sdhp 95/65

Complete one 20’ rope climb after each set.  

Example - 9/9 bbj, sdhp, rope climb, 15/15 climb then 21/21 climb
