 Strength - 10-8-6-4-2 back squats

100m sprint between sets 

Wod - 4 rounds for time 

400m run

10 burpee to sandbag/ sandbag over box 75/50 24/20

- to complete a rep, do a burpee to the sandbag, then jump up and pick sandbag up and throw it over the box.  You then must make it over the box.  That’s 1 rep.  You can step over or jump over the box any way you’d like
