 Strength - incline bench press 

10-6-4-2-2

Wod - emom 12 min

1. 8 flat bench press 135/95 or 40% 1rm

2. 15 box jumps 24/20

3. 20 wall ball lateral toss 20/14

Note - for strength the incline bench at 45% angle 

Wod - change to flat bench and use 40% of flat 1rm or the set weight 

The lateral toss can be alternating or all 10 then switch
