400m run / 500m row (choice)

Accessory-  

3x12 barbell drag curls - retract shoulders and curl the bar close to the body

3x8 tiptoe kb goblet squats

Start the wod with the 400m run/row then return to do 5 rmu 2 pj, 4 rmu 4 pj, 3 rmu 6 pj… until finished then cash out with the run/row
