Strength -  6x2 hang squat clean 

- starting set should be around 70-75% 1rm - build from there.  20 min cap

Wod - 9 min amrap 

3 power cleans 115/75

3 pull-ups 

6 power cleans

6 pull-ups 

9 power cleans

9 pull-ups 

Continue to increase 3 reps per round until time is up  

The cleans will also start from the ground in the wod
