Between sets 100ft sandbag carry 150/100
Complex db movement: 1 squat snatch + 1 thruster + 1 overhead squat
Each rep count will be all three of the movements above. Switch hands and repeat complex for the second rep. Keep alternating until you reach 10 total reps then do the sandbag carry. Return to complete 9 alternating reps of the complex, carry, them 8, carry, and on until you get to 1.
