CF Open 25.1

3 lateral burpees over db 50/35

3 s/a db hang clean to overhead 50/35 

30 ft walking lunge - (2x15ft)

- after completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean to overhead 

-- switch hands anytime you want on the hang clean to overheads

-- mark off 15ft and walk lunge down and back
