 5x6 front rack Anderson squats

1.  6 Bulgarian split squats each side

2.  10 barbell pendlay rows

3.  15 abmat sit-ups 

Anderson squat - start at the bottom of the squat.  

The Bulgarian split squats you should use dumbbells at your side and for the barbell rows, each person will have a working weight that’s ideal for them.
