Wod - for time
25-50-75-50-25 ft sandbag carry 150/100
At each endpoint of the carry, complete 10 burpee over sandbag.
At the start, pick up sandbag, carry it 25ft then complete 10 burpee over bag. Pick the bag up, carry it 50ft then another 10 b.o.b. Then 75ft and burpee. Then work your way back down to 25.
