100 meter single arm carry 50/35 db (switch half way)
50 ft walking lunge (body weight)
25 sit ups
5 rope climbs. ( each set, reduce by 1 rope climb).

3x5 eccentric controlled bar muscle ups.  Start at the high position and control your way to the starting position as best you can.
