Bar is placed in the crook of your arm and you want to start at the bottom of your squat
Work up in load for each set

For time
10-1 box jump 24/20
1-10 ring dips

1-2 rounds for quality not time
5 strict pull ups
10 Kipping pull ups
5 strict chest to bar pull ups
10 kipping chest to bar pull ups
5 bar muscle ups
