15 hang power cleans 45/35 (unloaded bar)

15 push press 45/35 

15 front squat 45/35

15 bent over row 45/35

15 straight leg deadlift 45/35

Rest 1 minute per round.  Complete round unbroken if you can.  Record your rounds and reps.  

Then Rest 5 minutes 

Death by burpees - start with 5 burpees at the first minute and increase your burpees by 1 rep for each minute that passes   You are finished when you can’t complete the burpees in that minute.   Record your finished round
