Athlete 1 - 20/15 cal row
Athlete 2 - 20 abmat sit-ups
- switch after both partners have finished
In the remaining time , amrap of
Athlete 1 - max set bench press 135/95 or 40%
Athlete 2 - dead hang from pull up bar
Switch as needed and the bench doesnt have to be unbroken. Score total bench press
