6 strict chin ups 

8 db incline neutral grip bench press 


- Squats, start at 70-75% and increase per set if desired 

- db bench, choose a weight that leaves you 2 in the tank when done 

Wod - amrap

2x 3:00

5 pull ups

10 pushups 

15 air squats 

- rest 1:00 between sets 

- score the lowest amrap
