3x1 snatch - squat/power (working sets)

9/7  cal bike  1 gto 135/95

9/7 cal bike 2 gto 

9/7 cal bike 3 gto

9/7 cal bike 4 gto

Work your way up to 9 gto with the 9/7 cal bike between each set. Ground to overhead can be snatch or clean and jerk.
