Wod  5 rounds for reps

:30 hang power snatch 75/55

:30 barbell bent over rows 75/55

:30 box jumps 24/20

1:00 rest 

Aim for around 30-40 reps per total set 

Cash out- Gymnastic skills: 50 hanging hollow/arch - focus on keeping heels tight together and knuckles pointed up.  Maintain tension through the movement for all the reps
