4 x 5:00 work / 2:00 rest between rounds 

4 db thrusters 2x50/35

8 burpee to plate - 45/35 

12 db bent over rows 2x50/35

16 box jumps / step ups 24/20

100m farmer carry 2x50/35

- max jump rope skips in remainder of time 

- score the skips 

- burpee to plate - men use a rubber 45, ladies 35, perform burpee behind the plate then jump on to it. Step back or jump back to repeat
