Partner wod - each partner must complete 10 rounds
Partner 1- perform 1 round of Cindy
Partner 2- hold sandbag 150/100
Time finished is when both partners complete 10 rounds each.
1 round of Cindy = 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups 15 air squats
Athletes can’t perform exercise until their partner picks up sandbag and hold it. Athlete can hold sandbag on their shoulder.
Option B- if you choose to not have a partner, you must perform 1 round of Cindy and then hold sandbag for the same amount it takes you to perform that round of Cindy. The time will be what it takes you to complete 10 rounds.

25 knees to elbow
