12 minute amrap - you go I go per rep

10 alternating rep box jump 30/24 + 1 plate

14 alternating rep burpee box over 30/24+ 1 plate

100 ft hand stand walk/ 200ft bear  - 25ft/50ft per set

Rest 3 minutes

12 minute amrap

40 Russian kettlebell swings 70/53 - switch every 10

200 ft front rack walking lunge 53/35 - switch kettlebell every 25’ - partner switch every 50’

10 alternating sandbag over shoulder 150/100

- box plus 1 plate on top is the standard   30”/24”+1

- handstand walk- each partner must do 25’ increments to count toward 100ft-  no adding 6’ here, 6’ there.   4x25 however the partners want to break it up.  The bear crawl will be in 50’ increments 4x50

- Front rack walking lunge is single arm, and each partner completes 50’ at a time switching the front rack half way
