 6x3 bench press

Between sets complete 6 barbell lat pullovers

Then, with a partner, you each complete set A, then move to set B, then to set C.  That is one round complete.   For example,  P1 will do the handstand walk, P2 holds plank, then you both switch and P2 will do the handstand walk, P1 will hold plank.  Then you move on to set B and repeat pattern, then to set C and repeat  

4 rounds for time 

A.  25’ handstand walk / plank hold 

B. 10 C2B pull-ups / ring hold dead hang

C. 8 pistols per leg/ wall squat hold
