 Snatch balance 5x1 @ 90% of squat snatch

Partner wod 12 total rounds for time

Athlete 1 - run 6 laps inside with med ball 30/20

Athlete 2 - perform 10 alternating single arm devil press 55/40 then hold plank until Partner returns from the run.  

That would complete 1 round then switch and repeat until 12 total rounds are complete
