Min 2 - 100ft tank push/pull - 2x 25’ push/25’ pull 3/2

Min 3 - 1/1 rope climb/legless climb 20’/15’

Min 4 - max cal ski for :20sec

Score - total cals for the 4 rounds 

Rest 5 min

Strength - 3rm bench press 

Notes - tank setting for the men all the way up ‘3’/ ladies set it 1 level below the top - ‘2’

Push 25’ then pull 25’ and repeat one more time to finish in the minute  

Rope climb- rx for tomorrow, you can do a 20’ climb or a 15’ legless climb.  You only have to go legless on the way up
