Score rope climbs 

Scaling rope climbs with the up/downs.  Best practice is to start with arms overhead and lean back. Walk hands down rope right under the top hand until you’re on your back.  Then repeat back up the rope hand over hand until your arms are overhead   

Rest 5 minutes 

Strength - Deficit deadlift 5-4-3-3-3 - stand on a plate. You can stack 2 metal plates upside down for a firm flat surface
