25-20-15-10-5 kbs 53/35 and push-ups 

200m run

The wod starts with 5 rope climbs, run the 200m then 25 kb swings and push-ups, finally another 200m.  Then move to       4 RC/200m /20 kbs & pu/ 200m. 

3 RC/200m /15 kbs & pu/ 200m etc
