3 rounds 10 bench press @ 30% 1rm + 5 toe to bar

3 rnds  8 bench press @ 40% + 6 toe to bar

3 rnds 6 bench press @ 55% + 7 toe to bar

3 rnds 4 bench press @ 68% + 8 toe to bar

3 rnds 2 bench press @ 75% + 9 toe to bar

3 rnds 1 bench press @ 80% + 10 toe to bar 

Go into each round with minimal rest as possible   Just to adjust your weights
