400m run

15-10-5-10-15 - single db thruster 50/35

15-10-5-10-15 - burpee pull up

- example of workout 15-400-15-15 / 10-400-10-10 / 5-400-5-5 - then back to 10 and 15 

- note for the thruster - use one dumbell and hold it in both hands at the heads of the db

- burpee pull up - bar is just at fingertip height
