 Strength - Back Squat

10-8-6-4-2-4-6-8-10 - after your 2 reps increase your weight 5-10% on the way back up

Wod - for time 

8/6 cal assault bike

18-15-12-9-6 kb box step over 24/20 1x53/35

5 strict chin ups

- format 8/18/5-8/15/5-8/12/5 etc.. 

- kb can be at your side, front rack, or on the shoulder.  Wherever it is comfortable for you.  L+R=2 reps
