Handstand push-ups 

Start with 1 rep for the squat and 1 rep for the row.  At the next minute, you’ll complete 2 reps, then 3 and so on until you can’t complete the reps designated in the minute it must be completed.  Rest 2 minutes and repeat that pattern for the power cleans and hand stand push ups starting with 1 rep of each and keep adding per minutes until that can’t be completed.   Your score is the total time of completed rounds with the rest time.
