40 lateral wall ball toss 20/14 - switch every 10

30 db hang clean  50/35 - switch every 5

20 box jump overs 24/20

10 sandbag over shoulder 100/75

- Lateral wall toss -  stand arm distance away from the wall, turn sideways to the wall and toss ball into wall, repeat until you reach 10 reps and switch sides until you reach 40 total reps
