wod - 50 burpee broad jumps for time  6'/5' 

mark 2 lines or set 2 cones 6' apart from each other for men and 5', ladies.  Start with the burpee then jump to destination is 1 rep, turn around and burpee broad jump back for the next rep.  50 for time
