 Strength -  E2MOM - 14 min 3 Zercher squats

Set j hooks to mid torso high. Place the barbell in the crook of arms and squat   

Wod - 10 rounds

30 sec sandbag hold 

2 burpees - each round add 2 more burpees

- no rx weight for the sandbag- pick one that’s heavy 

- round 10 will finish with 20 burpees
