100m shuttle run before each set

80-60-40-20 single under jump rope skips 

8-6-4-2 burpee box jump overs 24/20

Add 1 round of Cindy after each set

Example - 100-80-8-Cindy / 100-60-6-  2 Cindy / 

100-40-4- 3 Cindy / 100-20-2- 4 Cindy 

- one round of Cindy is 5 pull-ups/10 pushups/ 15 air squats
