- cluster - perform the movement like a squat clean into thruster.  Receive the bar back to the front rack position then into the split jerk 

Wod - for time

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 - Ring dip

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 - cluster at 50% of 1rm
