 - building per set and complete the whole complex unbroken

Rest until the 21:00 min mark then -

Wod - 6 min amrap

5 hang squat cleans @ 50% 

7 med ball sit-ups 20/14

9 hand release pushups 

- med ball sit-ups - touch the ground behind the head with the ball,  then sit-ups and reach for the floor in front of your feet with the ball for 1 rep
