 Strength - deadlift  6x2 - start set around 70% 1rm and build to 90%

Wod - 4 rounds for time 

15 wall balls 30#/20#

10 chest to bar pull ups 

5 burpee box get overs  48”/44”


-burpee box get overs - Stack 2 boxes together with a thick resistance band to the height required.  Start with a burpee and You have to get over the box anyway you can.. that’s 1 rep   Repeat that again for another rep up to 5 reps
