 Strength - 7 sets of the snatch complex 

1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch + 1 back squat + 1 behind the neck jerk - unbroken.  Starting set should be around 65-70% of your power snatch 1rm.  You can do multiple sets at the same weight or build.  Go on how you feel
