Ring push-ups 

Note - rx for the ring push-ups should be a couple inches off the ground. Scale the push-ups by adjusting the height of your starting position. 

Gymnastic skill - 15 reps of the eccentric ring muscle up transition. 

 Go at your pace.  Start at the low end of the ring dip and transition down to the starting position of the muscle up. Rings should be at about mid torso high.
