 10 rounds every 90 seconds complete -

Round 1 - 10 bench press @ 45% 1rm + 1 sandbag over shoulder 100/75 - rest the remainder of the 90 sec

 Round 2 - 9 bench + 2 sbos 

Round 3 - 8 bench + 3 sbos

Keep reducing 1 bench per round but add 1 sbos per round until round 10 where you’ll finish with 1 bench + 10 sbos

Rest 5 minutes

Strength - establish 3rm bench
