 Wod - 15 min amrap 

Start with a 40/32 cal assault bike

Then amrap in remaining time:

3-6-9-12-15 - go up by 3 -  incline db bench press 50/35

1-2-3-4-5 - go up by 1 - sandbag over the shoulder 150/100
