 Strength - 8x2 front squat


Wod  - 10 rounds for time

2 front squats 115/75 - pull from 45/25# plates

5 burpee over bar - with bar on 45/25# plates

- for both exercises the barbell is sitting on the plates.  A single 45 on each side for the men, and 25 for the women. Burpees should be performed jumping over the bar with both feet at the same time.
