Max pull ups

Max bench press @ 40% of 1 rm

Max air squats in 60 seconds

* rest as long as you need between sets of pull-ups - bench press - and start your 60 seconds when you're ready to do the squats.  Score your pull ups , bench press , and air squats separately per movement, but you can total the 3 rounds per movement.
