Strength - bench press - 10 reps every 2:00 for 12:00 

-first set start your normal grip then set 2 do two fingers closer in, set 3 do four fingers closer in, set 4 do two fingers out from your normal grip, set 5 do four fingers out, back to normal grip for set 6 

- starting weight around 50-55% 1 rm and build if you can
