Athlete 1 - 

10 overhead squats 95/65

2 wall ascents 7’/5’

Athlete 2 -

Bear hug sandbag 100/75

When both athletes finish their 5 rounds then cash out with 

100 calorie assault bike - split how you want 

* score is the time finished when done the calories*
