10 alt db snatch 50/35

Then both run 400 meter after you’re done the rounds 

2 rounds each athlete

10 db goblet squats 50/35

10 single arm deadlift 50/35 (switch halfway)

Then run 400 meters together after rounds

2 rounds each athlete 

10 db goblet squats 

10 db single arm push press .(switch halfway)

Then run 400 meters together 

2 rounds each athlete 

10 db goblet squats 

10 db s/a hang clean (switch halfway)

Then run 400m together
